You're not lost.
You're in the in‑between.
There's a phase before the butterfly: not a caterpillar anymore, not yet wings. That middle stretch is where real change happens, and it's what Mariposa was built for.

Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Kayla.
I work with adults who understand their patterns perfectly well and still feel stuck inside them. Anxiety, perfectionism, old trauma, and the exhaustion of taking care of everyone else first. My job isn't to fix you. It's to help you get back in touch with the part of you that already knows the way.
"I primarily use IFS because I've found that most symptoms can be addressed by getting to know the part of you that's showing up, then giving that part new skills to help you cope with challenging emotions and situations."
On the name
Mariposa means butterfly. This practice is for the part before the wings.
